Came'ls Hump Guest ranch puts you right up close to the Canadian outback - forests, wilderness, vastness, and wildlife...full of unforgettable beauty. We'll pick guests up in Kelowna and bring them to the ranch for a truly unique holiday. During the stay, guests get to know the Canadian way of life, visit local attractions, observe wildlife, and experience all of our outdoor activities and excursions - everything from canoeing and fishing to jet boating and water skiing. We also offer horseback riding lessons, which is exclusive to our residency students only!
Camel’s Hump guest ranch has Swiss roots, and we offer a special English immersion program that allows guests to learn English from our Canadian teacher while experiencing a Canadian country lifestyle out in nature. We offer language class for beginners and advanced learners, and for people of all ages. The best way to learn English is in a relaxing and fun atmosphere like Camel's Hump Guest Ranch. We offer English school for beginners, advanced learners, and for people of all ages. Classes are held on the ranch. A qualified English teacher (ESL; English second language) is available for the class (beginners and advanced learners). The lessons are very practical. Depending on the weather conditions, the lessons are given indoors or in the open air twice a week (every Tuesday and Wednesday) - according to the motto: Learning should also be fun. In addition to the regular lessons, the school organizes an excursion for the students once a week so that they can use the language on a daily basis.
Accomodations
Accommodation at Camel's Hump Guest Ranch includes a main building with 6 bedrooms varying in size from 2-6 guests and 3 private cabins. Each cabin sleeps 2-4 people and all have a kitchen, bathroom with shower and are fully furnished. The sleeping arrangements in the cabins include lofts. Guests are expected to help on a small scale.

Camel's Hump Guest Ranch offers a quiet, relaxing and safe base for recreational activities. It lives up to almost every cliché you would expect of Canada. The ranch is the starting point for various activities that show the scenic and cultural beauties of British Columbia.
Camel's Hump prides itself on new and exciting outdoor summer activities such as jet boat trips on the Shuwap River and pontoon boat tours on Kalamalka Lake. Other services include horseback riding, snowmobiling, paddle boarding, ATV/UTV riding, camping, hiking and shuttle service to Silver Star ski area.
